This handsome oceanfront home has a new crofter that will accommodate the 5th Bedroom and loft! |New kitchen with granite, new cabinets, new baths, hard wood floor, and all bathrooms upgraded with all new materials, new carpet throughout & more!

Stunning ocean vistas of South Beach and sunsets with the sound of crashing waves will invite you to stay at the Hartshorn House. Great for Families with kids. . Private beach access. Striking wall of glass doors overlooks ocean. Great screened-in porch. Elegant ceramic tile in living and dining areas downstairs. Substantial living area.

Master has a King bed, private deck. Guest rooms have: 2 twins and 1 Queen bed. 1 Bunk bed . 1 Queen - In new Crofter plus tent size loft great for kids (2 twins in loft) Sleeps 10 total.

Three 4-passenger golf carts. We do not maintain or advertise bicycles at the home, you may rent bicycles at Riverside Adventure or Coastal Urge on the Island. A BHI Club Membership is available but not included. 3 Day Stay stays off season are available, please inquire for details and prices. Taxes are not supplied, and are an additional 12.75%

Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
