This appealing 4-bedroom, 4.5 bath town home has an ocean or sound view from every window and has been meticulously updated with comfort and convenience in mind. The main floor features an open floor plan that guides you into the delightfully equipped kitchen, the heart of the home. Dine casually at the huge kitchen island or appreciate a home cooked meal at the pretty kitchen table. The living room is open, cavernous and furnished with comfortable - with high speed internet throughout and a enormous intelligent TV! To the left of the stairs is the second master bedroom with a sizable king bed, private bathroom, ample closet space, and its own private deck! Just across the hall there is a bunk room with a queen bed and additional twin bed that is utilizes the close by hall bathroom. Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum of two nighttime stay other seasons.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
