The first floor suite, "Captain's Quarters" is named for the nautical feel evoked by the rope-wrapped central spiral stair and cavernous main floor ambiance. Originally constructed in 1920 this property has been modernized numerous times with a major remodel to stairs, decks, porches, front facade, while still retaining the warm feeling of a Classic Beach Cottage. Our ground floor features a laundry area with two washers and dryers. You will appreciate our new outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off the salt and sand after a calming and fun filled day at the beach! Chairs, cart, umbrellas and body boards are available for guests and stored on the ground floor. Each floor rental has off street parking space for two cars.
