Welcome to our striking 3 bedroom villa under new ownership! Our home features spectacular ocean vistas from 2 elevated decks and a heavenly shaded ocean breeze on the ground level porch overlooking the lagoon. We are located just a short walk to the nearest beach access across the street and away from the noise of the BHI club hustle and bustle. The main level of the home contains 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, and living room, while the loft area contains a twin bunk bed with a half bath. The master on the main level has a king bed with private bath and walk in shower. The second master bedroom has a king bed and pull out twin couch bed with a private shower/tub combo bath. There is also a queen sleeper couch in the living room. Every room has a TV with a Roku and newly upgraded golf carts, with refurbished 4- passenger cart and brand new 2021 6- passenger cart. The home also has an ice maker.

• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
• After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on good ratings to compel more bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will appreciate that you share your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
