“Breathe In” welcomes you with a grandiose exterior staircase that divides the two properties. A gorgeously furnished sitting area off the entry way is a great place to kick back and appreciate the ocean view. The open concept living space gives an airy feel and is lovingly decorated with comfortable furnishings. Whether you are cooking a meal in the handsome kitchen, sitting around the table appreciating a family game, or watching your favorite football game – this great room is guaranteed to pull the family together! There is a rear entrance door that leads to the outdoor area for added convenience in accessing the grille and outdoor shower. The first living level of this home offers a Queen guest room that has direct access to the full bathroom with walk in shower stall. This bathroom can also be entered through the main hallway that is just past the kitchen.
