Humble By The Sea is a gorgeous traditional-style beach bungalow located in the West Beach area of Oak Island. It has impressive wood floors throughout and is brand new for the 2019/2020 season with a complete update inside and out. Updating includes new kitchen, electrical, plumbing, floors, walls, linens, artwork, etc. Luxurious details, a nautical theme, and soft grey décor with white trim give this home a calming, comfortable ambiance.

The ground level offers covered parking and one enclosed hot/cold outside shower with a changing area. All rooms are located on the main level, including a kitchen and living room in the main living area, two full bathrooms, and four bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and there are two twin roll-away beds if needed.

  • Re-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and look for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition.
