The ground floor of Pier Haven features a covered garage with hard to come by premium beach parking with space for 3 cars and an oceanside driveway that can accommodate a 30’+ boat/trailer/RV. The shared backyard invites you to Bar-B-Que or indulge in beach games in the sand. Unit A on the upper level features spectacular indoor and outdoor ocean and pier vistas. The living area features all-new furnishings, a color-changing fireplace, and a sizable intelligent TV.
