"Sharing the Dream" is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom first floor condo that is decorated with coastal furnishings. This condo features a bright and airy feel that is complimented by thoughtful touches to ensure you have a comfortable vacation. As you enter the condo you are pulled in through a long hallway with the impressive view of the Ocean as the backdrop. The subtle blue hues and neutral tones carry through the living room to the balcony for gorgeous view of the vast Atlantic Ocean. The primary suite offers a plush king-sized bed, a private bathroom, sitting area, intelligent TV, and access to the ocean front balcony. The closet in this bedroom is not made available to guests of the home, however, bags racks, a sizable dresser, and handing rack are included to ensure there is ample space available.
The guest bedrooms are located on the sound side of the condo and overlook the Intracoastal Waterway. A cozy guest room with two twin beds provides a comfortable and private space for kids to relax after a long day of building sandcastles and chasing seagulls. The lamp in the room includes charging ports for added convenience. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and striking coastal themed decor. The nightstands in the room include constructed in charging ports for ease of use. At the end of the hall there is a bathroom that serves the guest bedrooms and is convenient for visitors.
Located in the dunes at the northern, secluded tip of the Island, Wrightsville Dunes offers a wide, white sandy beach accessed by private walkways with showers to rinse off before returning from a day in the sand and surf. The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all cars to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property to avoid citation. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. Seasonal parking costs will apply for stays that occur between March 1 and October 31 and cost may vary based on the length of stay. Fees are intended to be supplied in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. However, based on length of stay, arrival and departure dates, or booking channel method used to secure the reservation costs may require manual adjustment by the agent. Although rare, should this occur, the agent may request to be paid directly after confirming your reservation. Passes are stringently enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made.
*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
