Easily access the soft OKI sand through the community walkway to beach, seasonal community pool, swing set, covered picnic area with park grilles. The condo community is just across the street from the Oak Island Golf Club, and a short drive to Oak Island Lighthouse. Convenient to local eateries, stores, parks and more.
The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.
