“Ramsey West Unit” is a trendy 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse that is less than three homes back from the ocean and a short walk to Johnnie Mercer’s Pier. The open floor plan creates a marvelous gathering space for families and warmly welcomes you to the home. The living room is furnished with a huge Roku-enabled TV so you can watch all your favorite shows as you relax on the sectional couch. A enormous sliding glass door floods the room with natural light and the first-floor deck off the living room provides excellent ocean vistas. The kitchen overlooks the dining table and living room so the chef in the family can join in on conversation while preparing meals. There is a convenient full bathroom on this level that can be accessed from the hallway or the adjoining bedroom. The first-floor bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed.

Upstairs is the primary bedroom which has a comfortable king-sized bed, a private deck with ocean vistas, and a private ensuite bathroom. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the upstairs hallway for added convenience. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
