The resort pool is available by Memorial Weekend and closes by October 1st. (The pool may open as early as May 15th and close as early as Labor Day.)

Parking instructions:
2 parking passes supplied. 1 assigned spot and 1 overflow spot. No additional parking passes can be included due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional cars must park in paid public parking.

Community washer and dryers are located on floors 2-10 and are available on a first come first serve basis.

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked very early. Reserving your vacation rental up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Keep your rental home locked while you're out! Don't let burglars spoil your trip.
  • Just before checking out, complete a final walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave a review! Property owners rely on good feedback to stimulate new reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
